Join Dr. Katie Weststrate, ND for a 2+ hour workshop on detoxification and cleansing, leaving you inspired to start your 2 week at-home whole foods cleanse. We’ll discuss reasons for ‘cleansing’, the importance of balancing blood sugar, choosing foods to minimize inflammation and maximize metabolism and how you can safely and effectively enhance your body’s detoxification process. You will leave the workshop armed with information, recipes and recommendations to stimulate your body’s natural elimination of toxins and reignite the rejuvenation process. NO fasting, juicing or supplements required– just nourishing whole foods, lots of water and optional activities to enhance your detox process!
Benefits typically include improved mood, energy, metabolism and immune function, healthy weight change and decreased inflammation.
Twice-weekly newsletters will provide support, encouragement and inspiration, including recommendations for integrating what you’ve learned into your regular routine at the conclusion of the cleansing period. Katie will be available via e-mail Monday-Friday during the two cleansing period following your kick-off workshop to answer any questions that may come up along the way.

Friday April 7th 4:30pm at Skyward Active Health Centre, Mallorytown
Saturday April 8th, 9:30am at the Spencerville Townhall (Edwardsburgh Cardinal Municipal Centre)
*Note: Choose your workshop time and then YOU choose when you want to start the 2 week at-home cleanse. If you prefer to start after Easter, just save your cleanse e-mails to read then!
$75, receipts provided (If you took part in our previous group cleanses and can re-use your notes package cost is $60). Payment can be made via cash, cheque or card on the day of your selected workshop. IF you are not on any pharmaceutical medications or have spoken with Katie to ensure there is no contraindication with your medications, you have the option of purchasing a detox supporting supplement package consisting of professional brand Fish oil, Probiotics and a 15 day Detox Supplement for $75 (regularly $90 value!).
